    Patricia Adams, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience in mental health services. She is the founder of Lakeside Counseling and Wellness Center in Port Orange, Florida, and Daytona Accelerated Therapy in Daytona Beach, where she currently provides specialized therapeutic services.

    Patricia holds a Master of Social Work from SUNY Albany and has dedicated her career to evidence-based practices, program development, and clinical supervision. She is passionate about training mental health professionals in innovative therapeutic approaches and helping clients live to their highest potential.

    This interactive 60-minute workshop equips HR professionals with essential skills to support employee mental health effectively. Participants will learn to recognize warning signs of mental health struggles, including changes in performance, attendance, and behavior. Through real-world case studies, attendees will practice the "Notice, Name, Navigate" framework for compassionate intervention and appropriate referral to resources like EAPs and crisis services.
