We are an affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management. Whether you are new to the HR field or have many years of experience, we are a local starting point for networking, information, professional development and continued support of excellence in Human Resources.

We are a 100% chapter which means you must join SHRM first as a professional member or student member.  Our programming offers re-certification credits and focuses on our community's needs.  We always welcome your suggestions regarding topics you wish to learn about.

We cannot survive without volunteers to fill our board roles, if you wish to participate simply email the board at DaytonaSHRM@gmail.com and we will reach out to you. 

Our programs are designed to provide recertification credits.
