Rich Pernell, Organizational Development Expert, will present our May Program on Organizational Shadow Culture.

An organizational shadow culture refers to the unofficial, often unspoken or hidden aspects of a company's culture that exist beneath the surface of it's stated values and policies significantly influencing employee behavior even though they are not openly discussed or recognized by leadership; essentially, the hidden or informal norms and practices within an organization that can contradict the official culture.

Attendees will leave able to:
  - Recognize the degree to which a shadow culture may exist in their own organizations.
  - Describe what might contribute to any gap that exists between our espoused values and our value in practice. 
  - Consider and implement strategies to mitigate the gap.
