When Leaders and HR Are Aligned | Learn what happens when leaders and HR truly partner.
This half-day session will feature a candid discussion with Carmen Ruiz, Local Fast Signs Owner; Lynn Flanders, Volusia County Ocean Center General Manager; and James Jiloty, Chief People Officer of Arrowhead Intermediaries, a global insurance distribution platform.
The Panelists will share what they need from HR, how alignment drives results, and what happens when leaders and HR professionals partner with trust, clarity, and shared accountability.
The session will be facilitated by President John Calvo and Program Chair Teresa Rand. Time will be allotted for Q&A from the audience.
